Your MIF account

To access ticketed streams on demand, you’ll need to log in to your MIF account – and if you don’t have an MIF password, you’ll need to create one.

Once you’ve bought a ticket for an on-demand stream, you’ll need to set up and activate your MIF account by choosing a password if you haven’t already done so.

I’ve bought a ticket but haven’t set up my MIF account password.

Visit and follow these three steps:

  1. Click ‘Reset here’, next to ‘Forgotten your password’. (Important: please do not click ‘New customer? Register here’. This link is only for people who haven’t bought tickets from us before.)
  2. Type the email address with which you bought the ticket into the blank box.
  3. Click ‘Email password link to me’.

You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how you can reset your password – the email will say ‘reset’ rather than ‘create’ because it will recognise your email address, which is linked to your e-ticket.

Once you’ve set a password, use it to log into your account via and you should be able to access your purchased streams.

I’ve previously set up my account with a password – but I’ve forgotten it.

No problem. Please follow the steps above – the process is exactly the same.

I have an MIF account and know my password.

Perfect – simply log into your account and you will be able to access your purchased streams.
